A Shared Compass
We live in a world where the idea of success has become blurred. We have grown accustomed to desiring the destination without loving the journey; to filling our lives with hollow achievements that, at the end of the day, do not leave us with the certainty of a life well-lived and at peace. Sometimes, we go through life without truly living it. It is like trying to beat an old Atari game without even knowing how to use the controller, or how to interact with the world to learn how to play.
We grow up surrounded by walls and obstacles that only exist in our minds. To truly see the world from the summit, we must refuse to repeat the path of ignorance. Our greatest responsibility is to provide the next generation with an environment where curiosity remains alive, always anchored in humility and a deep empathy for the reality of others.
It is by building new ecosystems of awareness that we generate more awareness. One day, an unexpected event—a book in a library, a teacher, or a friend—made us discover a world we never knew existed. We often forget that it was thanks to those flashes of light that we made it to where we are.
What if the only way to help others discover that world is by daring to become that serendipity for someone else?
Here is my map. Four stages, seven levels, to build that journey together:
The Library of Human Growth
A seven-level path toward transformation. From emotional awakening to the ability to design environments where others can flourish.
"If you start today without true curiosity about yourself, without a desire to understand how your environment has sculpted you, and without the honesty to acknowledge that you have lived on autopilot, it is better not to start."
If you are here and want to move forward, the rest of the path is already mapped out.

Emotional Awakening
Level 00Calibrating the sensor of primary physiological impulses. Learn to label an emotion before reacting.

The Observer
Level 01Discovering that you are the observer of your thoughts, not the thought itself. Separate the Self from the internal narrative voice.

The Humility of the System
Level 02Understanding the manufacturing flaws of the human brain. Biases are not moral defects; they are evolutionary heritages.

The User Manual
Level 03Mapping the internal agents in conflict: Chimpanzee (emotion), Human (logic), Computer (habits). Pacify, do not fight.
The coordinates of the navigator. Without direction, consciousness becomes useless introspection: the engine is running but not traveling anywhere.
Agency and Cause
Level 04Operating the space between the environmental stimulus and the system's response. Eliminate guilt and worry. Choose your response.

Automation
Level 05Designing the personal environment so that new patterns are automatic. Become a conscious designer.
