Physical systems operate under friction, uncertainty, and tangible constraints. A system that doesn't understand the mud of the plant cannot build software that survives in it.

Every physical system (atoms) and digital system (bits) has a human at its center deciding how to operate. The human being is not just another part of the machine; they are the active and conscious link that can turn friction between worlds into co-creation.
